If you’ve been invited to use HireClarity by our customer, the information you input or upload to the Service is treated as Customer Data. - Professional and employment-related information (e.g., current employer and job title),
- Education information (e.g., academic qualifications, completed trainings),
- Recordings, such as a candidate’s recorded audio or video response to an interview question,
- Images, including photos of candidates from candidates’ public LinkedIn profiles, and
- Collaboration content, including interview job descriptions, notes, insights, summaries, or other information posted or shared by users of the Service.

- Date and time you log into the Service and the duration of that use,

HireClarity may process de-identified personal information. Data in this state cannot be used to infer information about, or otherwise be linked to, a particular individual. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and/or confirm the personal information relates to you.
We will confirm receipt of any request to exercise your rights within ten (10) days of receipt, and will endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within thirty (30) days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.

6. Children's and Teen's Data

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and security of the personal information we process.
